  • Wearing a face mask is now required by the State of Michigan.   
  • If you have a medical issue or prefer not to wear a mask, please use our drive-thru.
  • We encourage you to continue to use the drive-thru whenever possible. 
  • Practice social distancing by using our floor decals as a guide.  
  • The  number of visitors allowed inside will be limited, so our greeter may ask you to wait before entering.

Our comprehensive pandemic plan has helped us be well-prepared and has provided an effective road map for us to follow. We’re adhering to our plan and we’re making adjustments as necessary to balance safety and convenience.

We have worked carefully and thoughtfully on the process of welcoming you back into our facility. Using information from trusted public health resources, physicians, and banking industry groups, protecting the health and safety of our customers and our team members remains our top priority. 

Our services are now available via:

  • Banking lobby 
    Traffic through our lobby will now be one-way, with entry through the central building doors. There, you’ll receive a personal welcome and be guided to the branch. Masks and social distancing will be required at all times. Sanitizing stations are available and we perform ongoing cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces. You’ll exit the building through the branch doors. Please look for the entry and exit signage and follow the instructions.  
  • Drive-thru
    We encourage you to continue to use the drive-thru whenever possible. For those times when coming into the branch is a better option, however, the above process will allow us to safely serve you.

  • Courier service
